| Strawberries and Cream |
|
2 pints strawberries, fresh, hulled, halved
1 tbsp. + 1 Tsp. sugar, divided
1 tbsp. brandy
1 BOBOLI® 12" Original Italian Pizza Crust*
1 1/2 cups whipped topping |

Preheat oven to 450° degrees F.
Combine strawberries, 1 tsp. sugar and brandy. Sprinkle pizza crust with remaining sugar, and bake 6-8 minutes on a baking sheet in lower 1/3 of oven. Cool slightly; fill with strawberries.
Serve with whipped topping.
*For 8" pizza crust use 1/2 ingredients. |
